Artwork for Human Rights
Story: On the 10th of December 2018 I had read about the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Of course everyone knows that human rights exist, but beyond that most people don’t know that we celebrate 70 years, nor how many we have, nor what exactly is written in them (including me).
At the same time I got to know the platform Everpress in London, which in my opinion takes a coherent approach of printing fabrics + retail + diverse community.
So I came up with the idea of creating an artwork for a shirt celebrating the human rights and at the same time making them more popular again.
The campaign ran four times for 30 days and all the profit went to Amnesty International.
All in all the campaign was a huge success. Besides the fact that over 1500€ were donated to Amnesty International, more than 200 people now wear the tshirt to represent our Human Rights all around the world.
